Themea offers a 10-day no questions asked money back guarantee for our Web Hosting services. Services other than Shared Web Hosting are disqualified from this guarantee, including but not limited to: domain names, source code (Envato) purchases.
Our money back guarantee is eligible for only one order per customer and will be rejected if there has been a breach of any clause set in the Terms of Service.
PayPal: PayPal transactions are eligible for refund within 10 days of the initial order payment. | PayPal payments must originate from a verified PayPal account.
Credit or Debit Cards: Credit or Debit card transactions are eligible for refund within 10 days of the initial order payment.

All Web Hosting accounts are automatically backed up every week and stored on our off-site backup server. Each new backup overwrites the previous one.
